My friend Jason found an old cd that he thought I'd like (soundtrack to one of my favorite amine shows) and drew a goofy face on the paper he wrapped it in. I have the best friends, we always give each other little gifts or notes to brighten each other's day.

Ok, all I got was a company logo unbrella and bragging rights but it's all mine! I really didn't expect to win, I mean normally I can't even boil water let alone make anything yummy, but I guess I did something right.

As a (much better) reward, Brian took me to Williams and Sonoma to pick out some pink baking tools. I think they look great on our teal platter. I also wanted the matching pink Kitchenade mixer but at $300 I don't think I'll be getting that anytime soon. ;)

Valentine's Day

Brian got reservations at our favorite restaurant, The Little Dipper. We went with Kelly and Grey, they're so much fun. We'd wanted to have fondue together for a while and we had a great time.

I have the sweetest husband in the world, and this was our first married Valentine's Day together. It was wonderful. :)

My Valentines Day gift! My first Coach bag! We got it on our trip to Myrtle Beach last weekend. I also got the pink wallet and the smaller black bag. I wanted an ipod case but they were sold out at the store so I ordered one online, it should be here in a few days.

We spent last weekend in Myrtle Beach with Chris and Christine. It was great to see them again since they couldn't make it to the wedding. We went to dinner at the Melting Pot since they'd never had fondue before, it was a lot of fun.

On saturday we went to Ripley's Aquarium and Ripley's Believe it or not. I like the aquarium better, the museum had mostly gross stuff. I took pictues of everything with my new camera, I'm so glad I made sure to get it before the weekend.

Valentine flowers

Brian sent me the most beautiful flowers today! I took the day off tomorrow so he had my valentine flowers delivered today at work. He knows I like pinks and purples so he decided to do something a little different than red roses. I love them. :)

New camera

My pink digital camera came in! This strikes another item off my wishlist (the first was a wii) I was going to wait to get it but Brian and I are going to Myrtle Beach this weekend with 2 other couples and I really wanted to be able to take pictures.

We went to the tearoom with Kelly and Grey for brunch this afternoon, they'd never been before and really enjoyed it. Then tonight we went to James and Stephanie's for their superbowl party.

I love days like today, it's so much fun to spend time with friends we don't get to see often. Most of us work together but either we work on different floors or we have different schedules.

We're hoping to all meet at James's house this Wednesday for the new episode of LOST, I can't wait!

Wiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii!!!!

We got a Wii today!! Our friend Dave snagged us one before they sold out. We picked it up from him while we we're in Jacksonville visiting our parents. Brian's teaching his mom how to bowl with Wii Sports right now and she's having a great time! We got Rayman Raving Rabids and WarioWare Smooth Moves. It's 1am and we still haven't left yet, we've been playing for hours!

We're going to be so sore tomorrow, ha ha!

Until you play a Wii you don't realise how much of a workout it is. This will be great, we've been saying how we wish we could exersize at home. ;)

(My mother-in-law just got a strike in bowling! I don't know if we'll be able to get the Wii away from her now, ha ha!)

Penpal Update

I got a letter from my nephew Garrett yesterday! Him and his little sister Mya were the ring bearer and flower girl at our wedding. I'm done with most of my penpal letters. I've written and sent out letters to Liane and Carmen. I'm working on the letter for Sarah now (I'm finding some yummy tea for you ^_^) but that should be in the mail monday.
